About United Efforts:
United Efforts(UE) is a Section 8 non-profit working to connect the dots between education and profession for those from lower socio-economic backgrounds. Through a 3 step model -Discover, Reinforce & Support, we provide industry exposure through Classroom Sessions, Industry Visits, Mentoring, Career Fairs, Scholarship Opportunities and more -- encouraging every child to make an informed academic & career choice.
Currently, we are working with 8 Government High Schools in Bangalore to ensure 3,000 high schoolers (8th, 9th and 10th children) are made aware of the various opportunities available and the educational qualification needed to build a career in the same. The intent is for them to make informed decisions about their future education/profession basis their interest, abilities and opportunities.
About the Role:
As Product Lead you would be responsible for ensuring that all components of the program are ready for implementation. You will also be responsible for constantly monitoring the products for impact and improvement. This would mean ensuring the content is ready, training the program team, working with the program team to get the content translated in regional language, knowledge management, coordination for industry visits, managing researchers and so on. Technology is an important enabler and you will be supporting design and version changes of the platform. Also responsible for social media strategy and supervision.
You will be reporting to the Founder Director and will benefit from an accelerated learning curve and all-round exposure.
